Optimize Jasper is a breakthrough release designed to embolden our Fighting Spirit and equip us to take quick, meaningful action toward Relevance and Accountability. Jasper is a multicolored precious stone with astounding variety. Its red variants were the traditional March birthstone, associated in the Roman world with Mars, god of war. Biblically, Jasper is the twelfth and final precious stone worn by the Hebrew high priest (Exodus 28:20), and the first of the foundation stones of the New Jerusalem (Rev. 21:19), a symbol of hope and confidence.
